Control App Setup

iSavi Control App Quick Start Guide
The iSavi is compatible with Apple IOS and Android devices. Below is an example of the Applications used to control, configure, manage messages and make voice calls.

Once you have downloaded the Apps, power up the iSatHub. In the wireless settings of the device you will be using to manage your terminal, search for the SSID broadcast and connect to it.           e.g. – (iSavi-00#####)

You will then be prompted to enter a password which can be located on the terminal packaging or on the back of the terminal marked (SSID PW).

Once connected, open the application on your mobile device labeled (Control App) where you will be prompted to enter LOGIN credentials. By default the password will be (1234).

Next you will begin the Out of box setup (Optional).

Step 1- Select Language

Step 2- Enter a nickname for the controlling device for recognition (i.e. My iphone).

Step 3- Change Admin password

Step 4- Firewall settings

Step 5- Sharing Data option

Step 7- Change Wi-Fi password for iSatHub terminal

Now that the Setup is complete, you will be shown a quick Pointing help tutorial for your terminal.

Once completed, you will be taken to the home screen of the application. Simply click “Connect to network” button.

Once registered on the network you will see options to either “Set data limits or Connect data”. Click connect data to begin sending/receiving data on the network.

If you click “Set data limit” you will the options to set limits for each and every device connected to the terminal as well as a limit warning.
